In accordance with Federal laws, your W-2 form will be mailed on or before Jan. 31 each year.

If you have not received your W-2 by Feb. 14, complete and submit the W-2 Duplicate Request Form or call 615-395-2960 to have one mailed. You can reach us Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.

All wages earned through Sunday, Dec. 25, 2024, will be reported to the IRS as 2024 wages and will be shown on your 2022 W-2 form.

You can retrieve your W-2 information two ways:

1. Email: To have a copy of your W-2 emailed to you, complete and submit the  W-2 Duplicate Request Form (no ESP Hub account required).  https://elitesourcepartners.com/duplicatew2
2. Download and Print: Log into your ESP Hub Account to download and print your W-2.
